Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. I was trying to buy ostam bulb, in the middlemof transaction some error popped up and order didnt go through BUT i am charged $30 for the bulb already.
It might have been order being declined due to incorrect billing information being entered.
Confirm the billing address with your credit card issuer and re-try submitting the order.
The current charge may be pending/pre-authorization, which would fall off in about 2-3 days depending on processing time by your bank.

Will these work in 2017 Ram w/projector lenses
That depends. RAM 1500-5500 uses HB3(9005) size so the size is proper for low beam. However, the Promaster series low beam size is H7.

what is life span of OSRAM 9005 nl halogen bulb?
The lifespan of halogen bulbs varies with several outside factors (e.g. vibration, outside temperature, etc)
However, Night Breaker series are performance halogen bulbs, so the color and the light out put is better than the standard halogen bulbs. The lifespan, however, the standard halogen lasts longer.

2012 Dodge Ram has two headlight trims. If you have the halogen trim with 2 headlamps, the correct halogen size is 9008 (High & Low). For 4 Headlamps, the low beam size is H11. (High: 9005 HB3)
