Warranty Information

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  1. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  2. Our warranty covers factory defects exclusively. It does not cover damage resulting from negligence, improper installation, disassembly, misuse, or any unauthorized modifications.
  3. This warranty covers product replacement only. It does not entitle the purchaser to refunds, store credit, or any form of cash reimbursement.
  4. HID Concept is not responsible for any damage to other vehicle components caused by improper installation or mishandling during the installation process.
  5. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item to us. HID Concept will cover outbound shipping within the United States. International customers are responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
  6. Unless stated otherwise, HID Concept offers the following factory defect replacement warranties:
    • Halogen bulbs: 30-day warranty 
    • Osram and Philips HID bulbs: 1-year warranty
    • DAMA Kanji Lux Vision H-Series LED bulbs: 2-year warranty
    • DAMA Kanji Ultimate Vision D-Series LED bulbs: 2-year warranty
    • DAMA NEO VISION D-Series LED bulbs: 5-year warranty 
    • ALL WARRANTY STARTS FROM THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE.
  7. The warranty does not apply to open-box items or special-order products.

WARRANTY PROCESS

  1. To initiate the warranty process, email us at info@hidconcept.com. Include the following information:

    • Invoice number
    • Purchaser’s name
    • A brief description of the issue

    Note: Please do not call to start the warranty process. Warranty requests are handled exclusively via email.

  2. In some cases, we may ask you to perform troubleshooting steps that could resolve the issue. If the problem persists, we will provide an email response within 24 hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and further instructions.

  3. Complimentary outbound warranty shipping is available only within the 50 United States. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty returns.

  4. Send your return to the following address:

    Attn: RMA Number

    Important: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the returning package.

  5. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to perform a bench test on the returned product. After completing the evaluation, our resolution team will contact you with the outcome.
