Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Do these work with oem his with reflector housing
D2R (R stands for reflector) is for reflector housing headlights equipped for D2R HID bulbs. (The R is D4R made for factory D4R headlight assembly)

Does this fit a 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE limited. 85126 D2R
2005 Toyota Sienna had two different headlights. HID xenon size is D2R, so this bulb is correct. The halogen headlight size is 9006

Would this work for 2013 Volkswagen CC R-Line
If your CC came with HID light system, lyou ened D3S type bulbs.

Do the bulbs light output diminish over time? Or does it just go out? I’m asking since I only have one side that is completely out but I’m wondering if I should buy a pair instead of a single bulb if one headlight will be brighter than the other.
All HID lights do discolor to become whiter/bluer in color and dims down over usage.
Therefore, we always recommend replacing bulbs in pair.

What specific color does the bulb give off? Is it more white or blue? Is that also what 4300K means?
Because everyone has different color standards, we do not call one color as yellow, white, blue, etc.. as what appears to be white to one individual may seem yellowish white, or blueish white to others.
Therefore, we use Kelvin rating (K); Temperature where light burns at, to determine coloring.
4300K is standard OEM spec that is what's used as factory HID light system and often seen as 'warm standard white' to many people.
