Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Hello I'm interesting to buy the d2s philips extreme vision 2. I live in Maine and wondering where are you sending these from and how long will it take to receive them?
It depends on shipping method you select and pay for. EX) if you select and pay for overnight service, you will have it on the next day.

What’s the difference between the Philips X-treme Vision Gen 2 in the green box and this one in the red box? I am interested in purchasing the Philips XV2 but concerned it will perform differently than the green box. Can you help me understand the difference due to different packaging?
They are both same XV Gen2 bulbs. The ones in red color comes with serial number and 3-year warranty while green box comes with COA label and 1 year warranty. Although most people prefer to get ones with COA label, 3-year warranty makes red packaging more popular.

How long is the warranty on these bulbs?
We offer 1 year warranty for XV2 in Green package box and 3 year warranty on red package box.
