Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

H11 is the correct size for the 2016 GMC Terrain equipped with halogen headlights.

Grretings from Puerto Rico. Will this works for my 2016 Kia Soul Exclaim (!), (MATE in PR) 2.0l Top Model - Headlight low beam?
That depends. 2016 Kia Soul ! (Exclaim) has two different headlight assemblies. (Three to be exact, but we're going to assume that you have the halogen headlights)
With the projector type, H7 is the correct size, and Philips RacingVison H7 will work.
However, if you have the one without the projector type, the correct size would be 9008.
Philips RacingVision is not available in the size 9008. -
Will this work for a 2014 Mercedes Benz C 250 Coupe (w 204)?
If your C250 came with standard halogen lights, it should fit.
However, we always suggest double-checking your actual bulb since there could be mid-year production that may have different fitment than what application shows. -
Are these bulbs street legal in Texas USA?
The bulbs are not street legal in the USA. It's street legal in some parts of Europe. Since these bulbs are not sold in the USA, we import them from Europe and the package states thatthe bulbs are legal in Europe.

H7’s are correct fitting for headlights on a 2009 bmw 328i x-drive, right? (This model is not included in the options to choose from in the “find your bulb” dropdown list on your website for some reason?)
If your 2009 BMW 328i X-Drive has halogen headlight trim, H7 is the correct halogen bulb size.
