As long as your current bulb is H4/9003, you can use any H4/9003 bulbs.

How much brighter
As it stated, it gives up to 130% more brightness.

It should fit just fine.
However, we have seen some customers who had their motorcycles customized to use a different bulb other than factory spec.
Thus, it would never hurt to double-check your actual bulb just to be sure.

What is the life expectancy for these bulbs?
Filament based halogen bulbs could last for years or short term period by many different factors; usage, use pattern, climate where it's used, vehicle's electircial stability, suspension, etc...

These aren't like LEDs right? Just extra white vision?
Correct. Philips X-treme Vision is a halogen bulb with blue tine filament which makes it look, "whiter" than a conventional halogen bulb.
