Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Hello, What is the difference between this D2R PHILIPS White Vision 5000K 85126WHV2C1 HID BULB and D2R PHILIPS CRYSTALVISION 85126CX HID BULB? I can not find the answer by reading their specification. They are both 35W D2R types, 5000K color temperature. White Vision 3200 ± 450 lm and CRYSTALVISION 3100 lm, which also looks the same. Please help me make the right choice. Thank you!
White Vision: 5000K with up to 120% more brightness compared to stock
Crystal Vision: 5000K color with no gain on more brightness.
