Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. What is the difference between a Security Label and a COA label on the Phillips D1S bulbs ? Why the price difference ? What is the difference in the bulbs ? Thank you.
The only difference is the packaging box with COA sticker or Security label.
COA sticker is used in North America, Canada, Europe, etc... while Security label is used in Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, etc... basically Pacific Asian market. You can still check authenticity by using both COA and Security Label though.

I need the low and high beam bulb for a 2011 BMW X3
2011 BMW X3 had two headlight trims- HID Xenon and halogen.
If you have the HID Xenon headlights, D1S is the correct size. A set of D1S bulbs would work as both the low and high beams (The headlight assembly is a bi-xenon)
If you have halogen headlights, H7 is the correct halogen size. However, you would need 2 sets, one set for low and the other set for high.

Will this fit a 2013 kia optima
That would depend on your headlight trim. If you have the HID headlights, D1S is the correct size for the 2013 Kia Optima. There is also the halogen headlight Kia Optima, and if this is the case, HID bulbs will not fit the vehicle, and you'd need the halogen size, H11B (Which is different than the regular H11)

The bulb is for a BMW 06 525i with p/n 9285 141 294, will the 85415 be the same color/temp as the orginal?
Yes. D1S is the correct size for 2006 BMW 525i equipped with HID headlamps. The technical spec is the same as the one that came with the car originally. However, the nature of the HID bulb is that since it is a gas-discharged bulb, the color and temp does fluctuate and goes through "color shift" process for about 300~500 hours until the color adjusts itself.

Very difficult question to answer. In a way, the question is subjective and personal preference. Philips D1S Standard OEM HID bulb is the bulb that many auto manufacturers use in the auto assembly process. There are more of a “Performance” HID bulbs that our customers choose when they are replacing the factory OEM HID bulbs. Philips X-Treme Vision, White Vision or Osram Night Breaker Laser and Cool Blue Boost have been our best sellers so far. These bulbs will give you better visibility and/or whiter color than the OEM HID bulbs.
