We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. what is the life span of these bulbs?
It's impossible to predict lifespan of halogen bulbs since lifespan of these filament based halogen bulbs depends on use pattern, use amount, ride quality (usually shorter lifespan on harsh ride), climate you live in, etc...

I don’t get the difference in h4 and 9003, I have an 04’ scion which says needs 9003 looking for the brightest bulb possible. What’s the best. Thanks
H4, 9003, and HB2 are the same halogen size designation. Depending on the region, they would use one or the other.

How hot do these run? I have a 01 jeep Cherokee that's modified and the way the front is designed the headlight bezels act as a wind tunnel so winter time it packs snow and ice in there covering the headlights.. so I need a rough temp
Not sure how hot lights get (temperature-wise) but they use the same wattage as standard.
