Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Which is brighter, these 35W HID D5S bulbs or the 6000K LED bulbs? Less concerned with color than actual light hitting the road. Thank you.
For now, HID has a higher luminous flux rating than the LED bulbs, so DAMA D5S KUV is technically brighter.

Do the work on a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT
D5S is the correct size for the 2017 Chevy Silverado equipped with HID headlights.

Yes, as long as your current bulb is D5S, you can use our DAMA D5S without any problem.

Will the automatic headlight function still work with these bulbs installed?
Yes. The bulb does not affect the function of AHF.

Will the D5S 35 watt fit in the 2017 Chevy Silverado? Just trying to make sure before ordering.
If your 2017 Chevy Silverado is equipped with HID headlamps, D5S is the correct size. (Two other Silverado models have halogen headlamps)

I do a lot of night driving and Philips D5S is just expensive! The cost is definitely better than Philips, but how is DAMA D5S?
DAMA D5S is our own brand that is made in our own factory, so we can control the cost better than with the Philips products. Philips is a great company with awesome bulbs, but with D5S, our bench test shows that DAMA D5S is a bit brighter and whiter in color. To top it off, we give 2-Year Warranty on all DAMA products.

Can you use a d3s bulb in a d5s spot...if not why ?
You cannot use D3S on D5S housing because they are different types of bulbs.

2018 Silverado should have come either with LED system or H11 halogen bulbs.

Is it suitable also for my maserati levante (25w d5s bulb) ? Are any modifications needed ?
No modification needed. D5S is the size, and DAMA D5S should fit without any problem. Being that it is 35W vs. 25W, DAMA should be slightly brighter.

What is the run life on the 35w D5S Hids
These bulbs have passed our long term aging test, which includes 10 days of being lit non-stop and still worked strong.
