Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

What if the ballast is suspected to be bad... Will the light still be the same, or does the ballast still have to be replaced?
The ballast has to be in working condition. If the ballast is bad, the light will not work.

If you have the HID headlight trim, D3S is the correct size.
High and low beam is a function of the headlights. It is called "Bi-Xenon, and when the high beam is turned on, the headlight opens up to the position.

That would depend on your headlight trims. If you have the HID headlight trim, D3S is the correct size. If you have the halogen headlights, H7 is the correct halogen headlight size.

Hello, I am looking for a replacement LED for my 2009 Audi A5. Will the DAMA D3S take care of the fault code that is present when the stock HID bulb goes out?
When a bulb goes out, the vehicle's computer detects the fault and displays a 'bulb out error' message. Replacing the dead bulb with a new, functioning D3S bulb, such as one from DAMA, will resolve the error message.

Are these capable of high and low beams?
What you are reffering to is a headlight function called, "Bi-Xenon."
In short, the bi-xenon headlights use one set of HID bulbs for both high and low beams. When the high beam is turned on, the solonoid within the headlight opens up to the high beam position.
